Last week we shared the story of DREAMer Jessica Colotl, whose Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status was revoked in May. Her story got national media attention, and last Thursday Jessica’s case was heard in a federal court. On Monday June 12, a preliminary injunction from U.S. District Court Judge Mark Cohen ruled that the federal government cannot deport Colotl for now. Here is the full decision:
