Erasing a fiction that never existed??? Okay…
Just bc you are intellectually lazy doesnt mean its fiction. Take 2 seats
We have a distinct history experience and culture here within these colonial borders preceding your arrival to these lands
everybody was somewhere before someone else.
Erasing Chicano or Latino is and injustice to those brown brothers who fought and died for the Raza. You may identify as Latinx or Chicanx that’s fine but don’t forget those who fought for injustice before you. Honor your past and remember we are all from the Raza
Erasing Chicano is like “Speak English, this is America.” Chicano is like NY Rican to me. It represents what our grand parents and parents went through in the USA to help us give birth our cultural leaders.
why do we have to be subjected to terrible music before listening to this podcast?
I’m an alumni from a college that had alot of racism. We fought hard to bring mecha back. So what we did , is picked our swords ( our pencils) and fought in the name of chicanismo because we were MeCha.
