On the first day of Hispanic Heritage Month and hours before a campaign event with the mostly Puerto Rican community of Kissimmee, Florida, the Joe Biden campaign released a policy specifically addressing issues on the U.S. island-colony.

Disenfranchisement doesn’t allow Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa and others be treated as equals. Give us fair representation with vote in Congress, as Obama suggested not long ago.
Trump is a disaster. He doesn’t give a hoot about Puerto Ricans or their Island. Never has and never will . it’s all about him. Biden is the way to go. He is a very caring human. Something that Trump is not. If he cared so much about Puerto Rico how come he wasn’t there during Maria. Talk is cheap. He is trying to buy Puerto Ricans right now with bribery. He will take away the money that he says will go to the island. He is a snake. My relatives over on the island cannot stand Trump. Stand by your family of fellow Puerto Ricans. They need you now more than ever. Puerto Rican Power. Vive el Puerto Rico!
Work with Congress on allowing Americans citizens with a legal residency in the island to vote for the president in the general elections. Think about all the military personnel that would like to vote for our Commander in Chief!
