Amy Maldonado talks about her work as an immigration attorney during the first 100 days of the Biden White House. She says some good decisions have been made but that Biden is getting it very wrong on the border. Beyond the border, Maldonado is representing an immigrant in a torture case.
“Right now I’m actually an attorney on a lawsuit in Philadelphia and literally our cause of action against the government is torture,” Maldonado says.
