You may not have notices but all the written testimony of each and every witness listed hare in this article and also on the official webpage of this hearing is available EXCEPT FOR THE ONE BY Maria de Lourdes Santiago, the representative of the PR Independence Party.
It is difficult to accept that this is just an oversight given the decades-long official repression against the independence movement in Puerto Rico.
