This week’s latest meme creation confirms the internet remains undefeated. On Monday, a Washington D.C-based celebrity Twitter account posted a photo of Democratic presidential candidate Julián Castro and his twin brother Congressman Joaquin Castro at Reagan Airport. Less than a day later, Twitter users have taken then photo and just made it their own.
