In a country where the president praises authoritarianism and the police murder nearly seven times more people per capita than the United States, to say that police murders of Black people is a pandemic is almost an understatement. To shed some more light on this issue, the LMC speaks with Brazil-based freelance journalist Kiratiana Freelon.
