Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto Meets His Inner Frank Underwood…. Literally

By the way, there are already reports from Mexico that Spacey was paid to be in a picture with EPN.

Today on Twitter actor Kevin Spacey (or is it Frank Underwood?) tweeted the following picture of him and Mexican president Enrique Peña Nieto:

It would be safe to assume that Spacey has very little clue about how EPN is not having that great of a first year, to say the least. We also think that Spacey really doesn’t spend much time following Mexican politics as well. And we are pretty sure Spacey missed the latest news from Chiapas.

Nonetheless, EPN is making sure the chance to meet Underwood (wait, Spacey) gets noticed online. Here is a tweet that his account sent out this afternoon:

EPN’s account also let people know that he wouldn’t reveal any details from Season 3 of “House of Cards.”

Because that is EXACTLY what Mexicans are really concerned about.

And oh yeah, EPN’s account also RT’d the Spacey tweet, proving once again that when in political trouble, take selfies with celebrities. As you might imagine, many in our community are expressing disappointment:

“Disappointed in Spacey. Thought he was more intelligent than that.”

“He doesn’t know any better.”

“Was Spacey high or does he know a different way of defining progress?????”

We’re thinking this might not play out that well for Spacey, but you never know… he is Frank Underwood, and Frank always finds a way to get out of things.
