So just a few days after it was all about “anchor babies,” CNN’s “New Day” had actress Diane Guerrero (“Orange Is the New Black’) on to discuss her very personal story about her family and the open letter she wrote this weekend.
“It is so difficult for some people to get documented and to get their papers and to become legal,” Guerrero said. “And my parents tried forever and this system didn’t offer relief for them and what I’m asking for is to create and find a solution for families.”
