In the final days of President Barack Obama’s administration, speculation about whether or not Obama will pardon Oscar López Rivera is spreading. Meanwhile, NPR’s Latino USA has announced that it will dedicate an entire hour to Oscar’s story on January 27, a week after López Rivera and his supporters (along with his critics) will know what Obama will decide.
